Spiritcraft
This game is my entry in TriJam 347.
How to Play
Once you start the game, click two items in your inventory to move them to your summoning circle. They will be consumed and replaced by 1-3 other items, or a spirit.
Items come in 5 tiers (blue, green, yellow, orange, and red). You generally get higher-tier items from combining similar (but not the same) ingredients. A spirit can only be summoned by combining two Tier 5 (red) items.
You can also click the Ask Bob button to ask Bob a question. (I had lots of fun questions planned, but for now all you can do is ask about a particular inventory item — Bob will recommend a combo that produces a high-tier result, or a better-match spirit.) You get only 5 questions per game.
Your goal is to summon a good match for Bob. The spirit summoned will depend on the nature of the items you use. Bob is looking for a date that is cheap and easy-going. So, maybe avoid items that will summon a spirit with expensive or fininkcy tastes, or too much "bro" energy.
If you run out of items and are unable to summon a spirit, just refresh the web page to try again (I didn't have time to detect and handle this case!).

Future Plans
As this was a 3-hour jam, there is a lot of stuff I didn't have time to put in! I had planned a bunch more types of questions for Bob, sound and visual effects (poof! bam!) for summoning, background music, etc.
Leave an encouraging comment below, and maybe I'll go back and finish it once the jam is over!
